“My name is Joe Hackett and I live one house down from your project in Marshfield. I am a contractor myself, I specialize in Finish Carpentry. I am in the position daily of working with tradespeople of all kinds and I have to say how impressed I am with your guys working on this project and the professionalism they show. As a neighborhood we have been looking  to the Town to do this work for 10 years at least. The job is looking great and it will help tremendously to cut down on the flooding that occurs 4 or 5 times per year. I speak with your dad almost daily and as you well know he is just top shelf, all of those guys work hard and the residents here appreciate the effort.”

“I wanted to write to let you know how impressed I am with your company and the crew who worked on our street this past week. The job replacing the sewer lines from our house and the houses on both sides of us involved digging up the street and parts of our lawns, driveways, and walkways. Our house was blocked off with your trucks and equipment for 3 days. Everyone on the crew was wonderfully respectful and polite and mindful of our needs. They helped me get in and out when needed and kindly explained what was happening when we asked, apologizing for the inconveniences. I was particularly pleased with how they took great care to replace our brick walkway exactly the way it had been, making sure each piece fit into the right place. We thought having this job done by the city of Boston would be a necessary evil, but it ended up being much less painful than we thought! “Dear Mr. Leonard, I am writing you this e-mail regarding the work your company is doing on Country Way in Scituate, MA. I would like to preface this letter by letting you know that  I have been commuting to my job as a pharmacist for 30 years. Most days I commute from Marshfield to Scituate on my bicycle. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a letter. I would like you to know that your employees who have been working in that area are all exemplary. When I ride past the job site it is not uncommon for some of the employees to give me a wave or a hello. What stands out however, is that every employee is consistently pleasant, everyone looks clean and they are ALL always working, no standing around. The site is always neat and tidy. At night when I ride thru the work area it is properly cleaned up and dangerous areas are clearly taped off and cones are set up. This is important to me as cyclist for my own safety. Not considering the extreme temperatures, it is very unusual and I have never come across such a positive and hard working group. I am very impressed with your organization and I wanted you to know that you are being represented in the most favorable way by your hard working and dedicated staff.”
